The Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In an effort to keep you informed on recent developments surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) The Dakota will be reinforcing the sanitary measures to help to ensure our restaurant remain free of harmful elements. 

 

Some other measure we have taken include the following:

  • Removed tables and chairs to add space between tables

  • Door hardware, including knobs, handles and push plates are sanitized hourly

  • Menus are sanitized after each use

  • Flatware and napkins are sanitized and sealed before being placed on tables

  • Bar, kitchen and prep staffs are required to wear sanitary gloves and discard them following each task

  • Dining room and customer service staffs are required to wash their hands hourly, adhering to CDC standards

  • All work surfaces, counter and bar tops are sanitized hourly, adhering to CDC standards

  • We have mandated that any employee who is ill, or who as been in contact with anyone who is ill, to not return to work until they have been cleared to do so, in writing by a physician
